In this 7 hour course you will learn new techniques to assess and correct misalignments through the lumbar spine, pelvis, thorax and occiput which lead to musculoskeletal pain.
These techniques are gentle on both the patient and the therapist.
What you will learn...
What does a back alignment do?
When your spine is aligned properly, your body maintains a relatively straight line from your head down to your shoulders and back, as well as your hips, knees and feet. Having correct ailment goes beyond maintaining a good posture- it can also help prevent long term pain.

Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.
